These days the city of Bhagalpur is in lantern era. The electricity comes only for 2 hours per day. The one of the towers of main transmission line was fallen on 21.05.2011 in storm. The electricity deptt. was able to remove debris in 8 days and now they are planning to construct new tower which will consume another 10 days. The deptt. told that it will take 15 to 20 days in all this. I wonder that in this advance scientific era, replacement of a tower would take such a long time. The Bihar govt. is not taking any serious initiative to solve the problem of electricity and water. The people's representatives of Bhagalpur are not taking any interest in earliest solving of this problem. They enjoy Generator service and A.C. fitted house and vehicle. They are not interested even a little bit in suffering of common people. If you will tell any problem, the answer is fixed that due to inaction and apathy of Central Govt. the all problems are there. These days political leaders of Bihar are holding two "JHUNJHUNAS" of special status and coal linkage. If you will tell any problem they will play these two jhunjhunas and we the people will continue to suffer as we are destined for it.
